Often people within the fitness community look at  Hero WODs and are like they are just dangerous, they are too hard for the average athlete, only the elite should attempt. The majority of these fallen Hero’s probably would not have fallen into the elite class of individuals.  But when the time came they were extraordinary; they stood up to the fear of death and made the ultimate sacrifice.  The future is unknown, no matter what anyone wants to tell you, are you going to be ready when the spotlight is on you? Train extraordinary to be prepared to perform extraordinary if the time strikes.
