Please join us this morning for our weekly treat for our community, The Free Community Workout. We serve it up with all the fixings and it costs a whole lots of nothing with the exception of a little sweat. 8:15 am the fun begins, we’ll see you there.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 toes-to-bars
Men: 205 lb.
Women: 135 lb.
2.) 5 minute Max Effort cal Assault Bike or Row
