I know it’s a pain in the ass for some of you but it’s a bigger pain in the ass trying to figure out your starting loads every time we do this. record it. 1 Chest to Bar Pull-up->1 Toes to Bar->1 Bar Muscle up
2 Chest to Bar Pull-up->2 Toes to Bar->2 Bar Muscle up
3 Chest to Bar Pull-up->3 Toes to Bar->3 Bar Muscle up
note: goal is to not let go of the bar until the last bar mu is complete
*5.) 50 Perfect Hollow Rocks
every time you break-10 of the most beautiful push-ups you can do.
