Anytime you feel like joining CrossFit Green Bay just give us a call and we will set up a 1 on 1 appointment.  If you are impressed with our services we can get you right into On Ramp within the next day or 2.  Join CrossFit Green Bay and get started today.
Remember that all the extra credit is required for the Regional Team it is also there for the rest of us if we want to train with the team.  Now you are not expected to do this extra work (except the GHD’s, always do those) but if you do please make sure you are resting every 4th day and eat lots of steak, broccoli, sweet potatoes and avocado with lots of good ol water.  Take care of your body.

1.) 10 rounds
100m Run
8 Wallballs 20/14lb, Unbroken and zero pause for each set.  Break or drop the ball 5 burpees on the spot and then finish reps.
2. ) 5 rounds not for time but don’t stop moving.
10 GHD Sit-ups
20 Double Unders
*3.) 5 rounds of complex
3 Deadlift 3 Hang Cleans 3 High Hang
*4.) 10 minutes Handstand Walk
