'Regional WOD #2 2012 (half version)'

1.) 15 minutes alternating every 1:30 Handstand walks/L-sits
2.) 3 Rounds
15 UB Thrusters 105/75lb
15 Pull-ups
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Push Jerk 5 x 5, work up to a heavy set. Not looking for failure.
5.) Row 500m for time
